Service.Vic looking to significantly enhance the user experience between customer (citizen) and government (transactions). In a nutshell they wanted to design ’Government, The App’. Our, not insignificant, challenge was to imagine how government would work as one app. Through guided workshops and iterative design process Service Vic took our designed prototype and used it as the centerpiece of their successful pitch for continuing funding for the project. To the tune of $81 Million. Should have been on a percentage.
