The Department of Finance launched govCMS as the preferred and approved content management system (CMS) for government websites in 2015. Salsa Digital was engaged to design the new default govCMS template. The design solution was crafted to be flexible enough to meet the needs of every government department, while also being functional, aesthetically pleasing, responsive and AA compliant.
